Order instructions:

1. Each restaurant can only accept the first 45 orders each day. Please check the prompt on the webpage after you submit the order.

2. While making the deposit, DO NOT close your browser until it returns to the restaurant order web page. This process takes 20 to 30 seconds, please be patient. Otherwise, the balance will not show in your account properly.

3. All orders must be made before 10:00 am at pick up day.

4. Deposit is non-refundable.

Note(1): If the vendor did not deliver on time (before 12:25), you may ask the vendor for a refund.

3. During pick up:

Please do not block the hallway while waiting for the food.

Refund Policy:

Please contact the respective vendors (contact info is below) if you have any complaints or refund request for late delivery. Two of the three vendors (Hunan Spring and 527 Cafe) will have representatives onsite during pickup time (12:15~12:30).
